Changer les comportements alimentaires pour tendre vers une alimentation plus saine, qui soit moins dommageable pour l’environnement et accessible à tous, est aujourd’hui un enjeu sociétal majeur. Ces dernières années, il a été question d’informer, de sensibiliser et d’éduquer les individus pour les aider à adopter de meilleurs choix alimentaires pour leur santé et pour l’environnement.

Significant attention has been placed on how to improve one particular component of the food system : food environments. Food environments comprise the foods available to people in their surroundings as they go about their everyday lives and the nutritional quality, safety, price, convenience, labelling and promotion of these foods (FAO, 2016).
