Home > Our activities > Annual symposiums > 2022 / Drinks - Food like any other?
This year, beverages are on the menu of our symposium. We will be interested in physiological needs, notions of drunkenness and addiction, as well as major economic, cultural, environmental and political issues. With particular emphasis on water (drinking and bottled), wine, coffee (where does it come from, and how to taste it?) and camel milk (a miracle food?).
A day of wine and coffee tastings!
